Gurtas Hotel

“Beautifully located , you can walk to most places , excellent place to stay, very helpful staff”

I booked a room at this hotel and was pleased to find that it was in a fantastic location, close to all the main attractions. The room was also spotlessly clean, which was a big plus. However, I did notice that there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite this, the staff were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially given the hotel's advertising. The pictures showed a Turkish hamam, but when I asked the reception, they said they didn't have one. The pillows were extremely old and uncomfortable, and our room smelled like a drain when we checked in. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast wasn't impressive.

“Overall good room sizes are very good massive”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. The breakfast was not up to par, and when I requested eggs cooked to my liking, I was charged extra. To make matters worse, the room I booked was misrepresented online, with a single bed added to the room without my knowledge or consent. I was then charged extra for the additional person, which was confusing and frustrating.
