We were welcomed exceptionally after arriving at the property we had booked, Little Square Arona; no one answered for hours. The staff were impeccable, kind, and extremely helpful. We will definitely return.
The location is good. The place feels old.
The staff were courteous and kind, the room was great, and it was very close to the station and the city centre. The elevators feel a bit dated.

I was very satisfied with the choice; the hotel is very convenient because of its location, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have nothing to complain about.
