The room was fairly clean and easy to access. On that point, the staff did what was necessary. We contacted the staff upon arrival to turn on the heating because it was very cold in the rooms (colder than outside). We received no response and slept in that cold.

There was no breakfast and no fridge to keep drinks or food; we never saw the owners during our stay and the key instructions were unclear.

I expected a breakfast at a bed and breakfast, but none was provided; there’s no coffee machine, no refrigeration, so keeping supplies fresh is impossible. The place was full of dust and pests (spiders, etc.), had no good seating, no storage or refrigeration for food, and no cooking facilities.

A rough experience: The owner was rude and it felt like a big scam! I booked several weeks ahead through Booking, and 48 hours before arrival my card was rejected. Trying my wife’s card didn’t help. I had just booked and paid for another place the next day on the same platform. When I called the owner, he said he had no control over Booking payments, which is a lie; I confirmed with the platform that he was cancelling reservations last minute all the time. Check the Google reviews to see proof of my claims.
