The hotel is near the bus stop and is an ideal spot for traveling everywhere, yet it was not cleaned at all; the bed sheet and pillow cover are dirty, even after I told the reception, he only said it was cleaned – that was the worst part.

The location was good, but the hotel was not clean, the bathroom was leaking, there were no clean bed sheets, blankets, or pillows, and for two people only one towel was provided, which felt like a waste of money and a health risk; we couldn’t change hotels because it was too late in the evening and there was no other option.

I don't like anything there; the AC isn’t working, the bathroom isn’t closed, the room is very dusty, there are no proper facilities, and there’s no proper power.
