The booking went wrong and we were given no address for the hotel; I had to go to a different Hampton first, which caused my cousins to stay at the wrong location—labeling would have helped avoid this problem.

Every year we choose this spot for Hershey, and it’s always a hit: the location is great, rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is huge. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is close to Hershey Park, which is convenient, but it’s far from convenience stores for everyday items.

The location was liked, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly; mold was growing in the shower grout and the toilet leaked from the back.

The convenience to Hershey attractions is a plus, but the price felt high for the accommodations offered.
