“Horrible and unclean”
I was able to reach the hotel easily from Mallapur main road and it offers parking and a lift. However, the room was dirty, the pillows had a nauseating smell, and the shower mat was a white towel that had turned dark brown. There was no A/C remote, so I could only set it to 20 °C or leave it off. Water was not available for drinking, and the staff would only refill a bottle if you asked them to do it next door. The map on the booking site was incorrect and led us to a random location.
