How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was fine and the two‑room suite offered good space, yet the carpet was so filthy it was off‑putting; I was told it had just been cleaned but needed replacing, and I think they should have offered a different room. Breakfast was average, the bed was borderline comfortable.

I’ve never stayed anywhere worse; the photos don’t match the rooms, and I’m giving it one star just because there were no bed bugs. The carpet was dirty, someone’s receipt lay near the bed, the couch was stained and gross, and I wouldn’t walk barefoot in that room.

Every room gives a clear view of the Astoria marina and the bridge over the Columbia River; breakfast starts at 6:30, which is perfect for early risers, though the carpet had stains.

The location was excellent and the front‑desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, but every time we tried to enter our room the key card didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk for help; I hope that’s fixed for future guests.

Breakfast was basic but good. Coffee was always available. Decor was older but still clean and comfotable
