“Passez le chemin”

Nothing positive to note; the toilet was out of order until late at night, the shared shower was cramped and the neighbor lingered too long—be careful if you’re in a hurry; no curtains on windows, unsecured room and window locks, a non‑functional safe, a hard wooden bed, no water bottle or small coffee dose unless requested, and the front desk staff were absent, which is unsettling given the locks.

“ŠVÁBY Všade! Neodporúčam toto ubytovanie. Je to nehygienické a absolutne sa nemôže nazívať hotel.”

The hotel’s location is good, but we encountered cockroaches throughout the accommodation; the first night the room and bathroom were infested, and we couldn’t resolve it because no one was at reception at midnight; the hotel was open to anyone, raising security concerns; we had to move to another hotel that night and pay the price, while the wife and daughter refused to stay with the pests; we never stayed a single night, and the Russian‑owned owner refused a full refund for both nights, offering only one night back, despite us not sleeping there at all; we’ve been dealing with this for over a week through Booking, which is slow; the photos are misleading and the actual place is worse; I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values hygiene and cleanliness; it might suit thrill‑seekers traveling for marijuana, but not for families; the pictures are staged and the reality is different; the mattress for our child was unusable; we decided to leave because of the pervasive roaches; the owner claimed it’s common in Phuket, but we’ve traveled a lot and this is the first time I’ve faced this.

“Nightmare”

Yorumu uzun bulanlar sadece fotoğrafa bakıp, 6 gecelik rezervasyonumun özetine “ etke “ ulaşabilir. Tam olarak yaşanan ise şöyle : İşim gereği dünyanın birçok yerinde, farklı segmentlerde sayısız otelde kaldım. Ama bu kadar kötü yönetilen, hijyenin bu kadar yerlerde süründüğü, misafirine bu kadar saygısız bir işletmeyle ilk kez karşılaştım. Banyodaki gider bozuktu ve pis, lağım kokan su günlerce klozete ve banyonun içine taştı. Duşakabin yok, su direkt tüm banyoya yayılıyor. Yani düşünün: Duşa giriyorsunuz, diş fırçalıyorsunuz, hatta tuvaletinizi yapıyorsunuz ve ayaklarınızın altından pis kanalizasyon suyu geçiyor. Phuket tatilimiz “keyif” değil, resmen her gün hastalanmamak için dua ederek hayatta kalma mücadelesine dönüştü. Durumu defalarca yönetime bildirdik. – Çalışanların çoğu İngilizce bilmiyor. – İngilizce bilenler telefonlara geri dönmüyor. – Günlerce sular tamamen kesildi. Duşun, suyun kesildiğini söylediğimizde “bekleyin gelir” denilip 2–3 saat bekletildik ve ne zaman geleceği her zaman belirsizdi. Yani burada bir plan yapmayı düşünüyorsanız asla yapmayın, çünkü bir sonraki adımı asla tahmin edemiyorsunuz. Tatilde duş alabilmek bile “olursa şans” seviyesinde. Sonradan yetkili olduğunu öğrendiğimiz ve ana dili Türkçe olan kişi ise “ilk defa oluyor, çok şaşkınız” gibi klasik geçiştirme cümleleri kurdu. Evet, ekstrem durumlar her yerde olabilir. Ama kriz anında ulaşabileceğiniz kimsenin olmaması, tek bir çözüm önerisi sunulmaması, alternatif üretme çabasının sıfır olması bu otelin aldığı puanların tamamen aldatıcı (scam) olduğunu düşündürdü. En sonunda yan taraftaki diğer otellerinde duş alıp alamayacağımızı biz sormak zorunda kaldık. Kabul ettiler. Bu fikri en baştan onların sunması gerekirdi. Tatilde herkesin planı var; “git yan otelde duş al” çözümünü bile misafir kendi buluyorsa burada profesyonellikten bahsetmek komik

The room was clean and stylish, but the bed platform was raised about 80 cm with a small staircase in one corner and no rail. I slipped helplessly while trying to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night and seriously injured my shoulder.
