It’s a really well thought out gem! I love that it respects Bali’s essence. The staff are super kind. The breakfast is a MUST! This is my second time here and I hope it won’t be the last!

The location is good, right next to great restaurants and art galleries. Breakfast is nice, with viennoiseries from the Powder Room. The bed is comfortable and there’s a communal kitchen available for guests to use.

The staff were super friendly! The common areas in the reception are very nice and well decorated. The location was good, with several spots around for drinks. In the photos everything looked newer and cleaner, but some areas like the pool and its furniture were a bit dirty (in fact we didn’t bathe there at all). The room wasn’t fully clean either (we didn’t get new sheets in 3 days and the mosquito net and curtains had stains). Breakfast is offered at a nearby café that’s amazing, but on Mondays it closes and you’re given breakfast at the hotel. That was a shame because the hotel’s breakfast was very basic and we had to go out to buy our own.
