The room stayed clean, comfy, and well kept all through my stay. The hotel was in a handy spot with easy access to shops and sights, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet was clogged when I first checked in, which was inconvenient, but I told the staff and they fixed it right away, so I appreciated their quick response. The room’s soundproofing was limited, so I could sometimes hear noise from the corridor.

The location is strategic and the price reasonable, but the room was small and had mold on the wall, no sleepers, and the floor wasn’t cleaned properly—hair was on the floor. I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness.
