Great location, easy to park, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. There was an extra cost of 100 zloty to bring your pet and 50 zloty for parking. The swimming pool was not open during our stay, so it turned out to be an expensive trip. There should have been a discount for the facilities that weren’t available.

Not much to see for the price I paid. The morning receptionist was unpleasant and nasty. I ordered a taxi and she looked at me as if I’d asked for the moon. After 15 minutes the taxi still hadn’t arrived, even though she’d said 10 minutes, and when I asked her to call the company she refused, saying we had to wait. I came back in 5 minutes and had to insist because I was in a hurry to get to the airport. Finally the taxi arrived after several minutes but had a wrong reservation number, which didn’t interest the receptionist. The bathroom was dirty and I found hair. The hotel’s décor is outdated; the room needs refurbishment. Breakfast was served in a large room with round tables for at least 8‑10 people. Being alone, I had to share a table with strangers. The breakfast was not good, low quality products. This is not what you expect after paying 269 € per night. I will never return to this hotel. It is far from the airport.

A decent hotel, although the décor with a lot of carpets/rugs shows the need for some refreshing or renovation because not everything gives a good impression. Good breakfasts. Located on the street but it wasn’t inconvenient.

The hotel was close to the airport and the breakfast was hearty. The sound of the planes was quite noticeable.

The location was great, the room was spacious, there was a bathrobe, disposable items, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Everything else was fine.
