How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The duvets were too small. Everything else was new and well organised, but the place looked very cheap and, unless there is a sensible maintenance and replacement budget, the Mascell centre will look very rundown soon. The place seemed a bit heartless and devoid of a human centre, potentially nice but not welcoming. The feeling of welcome and hosting was missing.
