Welcoming hosts, great location. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast homely food. In booking .com the room facilities were incorrect by quite a few things, ie refrigerator, tea/coffee maker

The cleanliness, order, and quality of the finishes were the highlights, and the location in the center of Lecce was a bonus. The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, even though the quality of what was offered was excellent.

The room was the best one I stayed in on the whole trip – clean and bright. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was very good, and I even got to make requests. They also served fruit, bread, and tea. I have nothing negative to add.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and breakfast was the usual Italian fare—sweet, varied, and substantial. The place is very close to Lecce’s center and in a relatively quiet spot. The AC worked perfectly. The room was spotless when I arrived, but it wasn’t cleaned at all during my three‑night stay; at least taking out the bin would have been nice. The listing said the room had a balcony, but the “balcony” is actually just a second exit that opens onto the street—so having an open balcony means having an open room with a direct view of the street right onto the bed (I was not in the main building). That’s typical of Southern Italian architecture, but it might not suit everyone. There is no window in the room.
