Great location, good accomodations for 3 adults, good kitchen and beds. Hot tubs (2) not working
“Decent accommodations, super nice staff.”
The location was fine, but the beds were tiny, the bunk beds were uncomfortable, there was no cleaning service, and the shower jet was weak; I was also charged 120.00 at checkout for no reason.
I had a great stay at this hotel, mostly - the location was awesome, the staff were super attentive, and the property was really clean. But I was surprised by a daily resort fee that I wasn't expecting, and check-in was a bit late. The bathroom was also pretty small, which was a bit of a drawback.

The spot was amazing, only a 5‑minute walk to the Gondola and the Canyons village with all its amenities, yet the hot tub stayed broken for all 7 nights. The unit had housekeeping problems that hadn’t been resolved even after the staff claimed it was “in working condition”; when we moved to the next‑door unit after our flight got cancelled we discovered that the temperature and shower pressure were off, the drain smelled, and other issues were real.
Everything was super clean and it comfortably fit both of my children and us; the pull‑out beds from the wall were excellent.
