The B&B feels very stylish and cozy, and you can see how much care goes into running it. Thanks to the host who was always there for us, even early in the morning before our ferry to Livorno.

We loved the host who welcomed us and helped plan our trip (suggesting things to do). The place was warm and nicely decorated, with all the basics supplied. Parking nearby was free and easy. The drive to the area was perfect for this spot. Nothing negative – it was a great stay.

Great location, parking nearby, quiet area, good variety of breakfast, very quiet room and an outdoor porch to sit on. What really matters is the owner, a helpful person who answers all requests and with whom you can chat freely. Highly recommend.

Very homey, the room is comfortable, the air‑conditioning is well placed and not disruptive. Breakfast is simple, but they make a lot of things on request. The host is extremely kind, helped find restaurants, and gave good tips on sights.
