“Bad”
Nothing to say. There were holes in the blankets, no non‑smoking rooms, and the place smelled so bad and was dirty.

The room was dirty, the sink faucet was broken, and the ad said breakfast was included but there was no breakfast available.

I booked the room for my mom. The room attendant was a bit rude, telling her to open the door.

Big roaches, possible drug activity in the parking lot, people at the room door asking for money—staff were notified but did nothing. I couldn’t cancel because check‑in was at 4 pm and there were no refunds after 4 pm. The AC wasn’t working, everything we owned smelled like weed, so we left and stayed elsewhere.

The place was pretty clean and reasonably priced. It was in a dull part of Jax, the room had a slight musty smell, and the AC wasn’t great.
