The staff were great. The bed was very hard and the equipment was outdated, plus the towels were stained and torn.

The hotel is located on a very quiet little street. The room isn’t very large but still quite comfortable. Daily housekeeping is available on request. The bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning works. The extra perk is the free provision of coffee, tea, fruit, and Thai snacks throughout the day. Just next to the hotel, there is a self‑service laundry with a 9‑kg machine that costs 80 baths. It’s a bit far from the night bazaar to walk to (about 3.5 km). Scooter rental is available on site, but we didn’t use it because we needed scooters for the rest of our stay on Pai.

It’s close to the historic center. It’s quiet… Free breakfast. A little tip: buy fried eggs at the restaurant just next door. We were on the top floor. Great view but no elevator.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport might be a plus, but it feels a bit isolated; the staff are friendly, yet the floor tiles are quite hazardous.

The place is perfectly located within walking distance of the old city, and you’ll find plenty of shops right at the doorstep, plus a Saturday night market at the end of the street just 50 metres away; it’s family‑owned, and the owners are warm and very helpful. The building lacks a lift, but the owner assists with luggage when you’re on the top floor and older, so it wasn’t an issue, and the daily exercise routine is great.
