“Progression”
I ended up in a room at a different location that was close to shops and public transport. The room felt balanced, and even though I was away 8/9 days with a backlog, I still slept well. When I arrived, the cleaning crew seemed rushed, but they made things work for me by moving furniture and replacing it before check‑out. The guests on the floor above used the downstairs bathroom, and I’m not sure what the issue was, but they didn’t seem to have anything to report.
“Couldn't get in and froze”
It was raining and cold, and a large ducted air‑con was right above the bad.

Clean. New. Quiet. Fridge. It was a little bit far out west but manageable

The convenience and affordability of the place were great; it’s right in front of a bus stop, making travel easy, and the price matched the time I booked. The whole trip felt simple and stress‑free. My room, however, wasn’t cleaned properly: hair was on the made bed, and I’m not sure if it had been washed, plus a bit of rubbish was under the bed. The mini‑fridge also wasn’t cleaned. The door used a pin code instead of a key, which was convenient, but the auto‑locking system didn’t always work and sometimes the door wouldn’t lock no matter how many times I tried.
