The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet treat with a buffet and an à la carte menu, both included. The pool was very pretty and well maintained, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Night Market. No complaints.

The room was nice and new, and the staff were very friendly, but the pool was too shallow.

After spending more than three weeks in Thailand, this was by far my favorite place; every staff member—from the front desk to the restaurant hosts and cleaning crew—was incredibly friendly, sincere, and warm, going well beyond professional politeness, making my stay memorable and even prompting me to extend it; a short walk from the hotel leads to restaurants along the river, and a few more steps bring you into the city center and night markets, so when I visit Chiang Mai again I’ll book here.
