If you want a perfect stay, this is the place! The room’s layout is fantastic, with three side windows that give you an incredible, uninterrupted view of the beautiful greenery all around. Suqlain Bhai is an amazing host—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our time there, making us feel right at home.

Mir hat die Lage gut gefallen auch der Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit, eine Terrasse mit super Aussicht und ab 8.00 sonnig warm weil nachts kalt 12C,gut die Solar Anlage, weil oft hier der Strom ausviel. Gutes Wi-Fi also alles gut. OK kein Hotel Schild an der Straße, bin 2 x vorbei gelaufen

Saqlain Bhai was an amazing host and we had a wonderful time at his home. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He can arrange airport pickup and drop‑off, as well as car and bike rentals at very reasonable rates. Hot water is included in the price and he was kind enough to arrange a gas cylinder for cooking. The location is convenient and the overall stay met our expectations. Saqlain Bhai is always ready to help with whatever you need. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Skardu!
