“Descaso com os clientes”
The lodge’s facilities were beautiful, quiet, and the cleanliness was impeccable; the breakfast lady was very polite and attentive, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. However, when we arrived the reception was closed and I couldn’t reach the lodge by phone, WhatsApp, or the booking app; after contacting booking’s customer service, someone finally arrived after 20 minutes only to leave again shortly after. The room was warm and stuffy, so I had to turn off the mini‑fridge to use a small fan they provide. We couldn’t open the windows because there were many wasp nests and mosquitoes nearby, plus other insects. The room was very cramped, making it impossible to put luggage in unless you move around inside it.
