How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms and restaurant offered great views. However, housekeeping could use a bit more attention, and sand was almost everywhere when you looked.

The location was great and breakfast was good. I booked a room with sea view, but it was very small (10 m²) which I knew beforehand. The furnishings were poor, so I couldn’t store my suitcase (no wardrobe for clothes) or leave it open. The window could only be opened via a skylight, and the sea view couldn’t be enjoyed during the day because the view was blocked by the inn’s terrace and people could see straight into the room, so I always kept the curtain drawn. The room was on the ground floor directly under the restaurant, which was always noisy, especially after 23 h when the kitchen and restaurant cleaning crew started. The bathroom was tiny, with a very narrow space and a sink so low that the counter above made it almost unusable. The price is too high for the room.

Une ville extraordinaire où trône cet hôtel avec une vue incroyable. Chambre plutôt petite mais charmante comme une cabine de bateau avec terrasse. Plateau de courtoisie avec petits gâteaux anglais et une sélection de thés. Parking. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Un service impeccable. Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Très bon restaurant.

The location is great and the work done is really high standard. There was a lack of space to have drinks before and after meals, as most tables are set for dining. Even the conservatory area, where we had sat many times before, now has fewer spots for drinks; it seems the focus has shifted mainly to food.
