The location was very good. At check‑in, we were told there would be a cleaning and coffee fee, but the apartment wasn’t cleaned until the first day after we arrived. Since it was a private rental, the reception staff didn’t provide any service.

In reality this accommodation was a private room inside the hotel that didn’t share any of the hotel’s services; I was shocked to spend 9 days there without any housekeeping or room cleaning, without two full sets of towels, without glasses, without a coffee maker and without enough toilet paper for the whole stay, the air‑conditioning was faulty and stayed off for most of the night, and on top of all those problems I still had to pay a resort fee even though I couldn’t use any hotel services.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and while the location was perfect for our plans, our time in the room was limited. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were clean, which was a plus. However, we had some issues with housekeeping; they entered our room while I was in the shower, and my daughter was sitting on the bed, which was quite unsettling.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, particularly with the cleanliness. The rooms were okay, but it seemed like the housekeeping staff didn't do a thorough job.
