They omitted every amenity I paid for, there was no TV for the whole stay, equipment was broken, lamp shades had mold, bedding was old and stained, towels were missing, and a lot of homeless people loitered all day and night; they also refused to offer a partial refund.

“It was rough we made the best of what we had because everywhere was booked up.”

The location was convenient. The pool was closed and the sign said you couldn’t leave well enough alone so the pool is closed indefinitely. I booked a two bed queen room a month in advance got there and the only room they had was a single king. It was me two other adults and my toddler so I had to go to target and buy and air mattress and pillows and blankets. The room was not cleaned beforehand. I went down the next day and complained and they switched our room to the correct room at 4pm that evening and we were checking out that next morning anyway
