A private patio with outdoor furniture extends from the apartment’s open‑plan living area. The space includes a well‑equipped kitchenette with oven and stovetop, and a dining/lounge zone with satellite TV. One bedroom provides two beds and the second bedroom adds two more, allowing up to four guests, with a crib available on request. A single private bathroom serves the apartment.

The golden‑bath massage and sauna were superb, the apartment was roomy and fully equipped, there was covered parking, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
The place was calm and the location was excellent.

“Soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e riposante”
The host welcomed us warmly and calmly explained the place and our accommodation. The lodging was clean, well maintained, and felt relatively new, with a small kitchen that we used only for breakfast and seemed well stocked with utensils. It was in a quiet spot, and we could freely explore the educational farm and the agriturismo’s garden. The property sat within a charming village mostly restored, featuring a wood-fired oven, a panoramic terrace, and a small church. A hot tub and sauna were available on the terrace, though we didn’t use them (bring a swimsuit!). We were given a simple breakfast of packaged items—crackers, jam, Nutella, honey, tea, ground coffee, a moka pot, and a kettle. A campsite with a bar and restaurant was a few steps away, and otherwise we could walk or drive to Chiusi della Verna, where there were groceries, a bar, and a restaurant. Our accommodation also had a small, well kept verandah with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. Recycling bins were provided, and fresh eggs could be bought directly from the property. Generally, I would recommend it for a stay, though there were a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the internal shade of the bedroom window had a broken latch and tended to open; we kept it closed all night by propping it with an object. It was a pity there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom—a minor detail. The bedroom’s door and window faced the side street, so passing vehicles could easily wake you, though the street was very quiet; only two vehicles passed during our night. The village itself was calm and frequented by other agriturismo guests.
The village was beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and the rooms were arranged very nicely, with sauna and pool services to complete the experience—highly recommended.
