The hotel had a lovely space and rooms, which were pleasant to stay in.
The restaurant at this hotel is absolutely delicious - I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
My room was spacious, with a massive and incredibly comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a good shower.

“If they can fix the glitches of the door codes and be more accommodating to yourrequests then great”
The room was beautiful and I loved the cosmetic products and the price was good and the bed is comfortable. The location is great! Oaxaca is an incredible place to visit. The price is great and i wouldn’t have had an issue with the self check in but the door code did not work multiple times. The first night the external door code wasn’t working and it was 8pm at night I am traveling alone this is an issue…the second night my private room door code was not working. It was stressful but I was able to connect with the digital staff easily and get into the rooms however their lack of urgency and concern was not assuring. They took a few minutes between each text message. I also tried to store my bags at the hotel for only 2 hrs after check out but they refused.also I think that the sheets felt polyester
Everything was absolutely fantastic.
“Mooi & comfortabel, maar kan beter voor deze prijsklasse”
The stay looked just as beautiful as the photos and sat in a quiet neighborhood; we slept with the window open thanks to fly screens, the bed was solid, the sheets were soft and high‑quality, and the towels felt nice. However, there is no reception—check‑in and check‑out are self‑service—which feels odd for this price range; you also can’t sleep in, because within Casa Cunda’s building there’s a coffee shop and brunch restaurant, and at 7 a.m. the noise wakes you. On our last day, loud customers in the restaurant made it unpleasant if you prefer calm.
“OASIS DE DISEÑO Y COMODIDAD EN EL CENTRO”
What I liked most was the architecture and the design of the room: it is very comfortable and perfectly ventilated. Natural lighting is excellent, both in the room and in the rest of the space, which is designed to make you feel very comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Even though it is on a street in the center, closing the windows isolates the outside noise quite well, which is also moderate. The area is quiet and safe. Having the restaurant downstairs was great, and automatic access to both the exterior door and the room made everything very convenient. Everything I liked.
The room was comfy and tidy with good common areas, but after late afternoon no hotel staff were available, so asking for ice, for instance, was impossible; a minibar would have been handy for storing food or drinks.
