How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was initially given a room that still had the previous guest's stuff and was not cleaned, then moved to a room where someone else was staying, and only after a third change did I finally get a clean room. The staff were helpful, the location is good, and the Mexican restaurant next door was brilliant.

El servicio al cliente es bueno y el hotel está limpio, pero el desayuno no estuvo a la altura.

The staff were very helpful, but parking was a problem.

The room was clean, but they charged me for two nights at 88.55 each and then another 149.50 the next day; when I called, they said I was only charged 149.50, yet my bank shows otherwise.

The bed is good, the room is clean, and the location is great; nothing to complain about.
