Very good, excellent product quality. The second‑floor hallways are dark. Little attention when receiving guests. The hotel allows the security company at the enclave gate to take a full ID photo, with a case number, risking data leakage and identity substitution.

It's the fifth season I've been to Loi Suites. San Martin is synonymous with Loi Suites; no better hotel exists. The location, the views, the room comfort, the soundproofing, the breakfast, the pool, the staff attention – just recalling them makes me want to return. The only thing I would object to is that the gym needs a renovation; it feels a bit outdated.

Everything was beautiful and well organized, the staff were polite and helpful, the food was excellent, the view from the hotel was amazing, and the room was cozy – we loved everything, though it was a bit far from the city center.
