The location was good, but the signage was unclear so I didn’t know which elevator to take, and the staff forgot to give me the room code; I was lucky to have a Korean friend who lived there to call for help.

The location is central. The room was too small.

The self‑check‑in worked smoothly and the staff replied instantly, so there were no hiccups at all; the room was tidy, fully equipped, even had a simple IH stove and a washing machine. It didn’t offer the endless sea view shown in the photos, but you could still see the ocean, and the overall value for the price was very high. The only drawback was that the whole building only has two elevators, which sometimes meant a longer wait.

We stayed in a full‑size Euro‑style one‑bedroom apartment that fit four of us comfortably, complete with its own kitchen area, stove, fridge, washing machine and a private balcony. Towels were refreshed daily and the staff even collected our trash. The location was superb—just a 7‑10 minute walk to a fantastic beach with fine, clean sand. The property sits on the busiest street, close to popular shops like Olive Young, pharmacies, cafés and a variety of stores, and the evening lights make for nice strolls. Downstairs there’s a grocery shop and a laundromat, and the building has a pool we didn’t get around to using. The host was very responsive, supplying everything we asked for quickly. Many thanks!

The place is in the heart of Haeundae, so everything is walkable. There’s a laundromat and a convenience store right below. We received plenty of water and towels delivered to our door every day. SMS communication with the property manager was quick and our requests were met. However, we kept seeing flying insects—maybe a common issue, as we found an insect spray in a cupboard. The space felt a bit tight when we had suitcases around.
