The staff were very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was good and affordable, and the beds were comfortable with a spacious room. On the downside, the room door didn’t close properly, the shower pressure was very low, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted—on cold days in Bogotá a hot shower was impossible.

The location was great, and the rooms were very tidy. The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything, and the breakfast was very good. The first night, the heater they gave me didn’t work properly; because the property is close to the mountain and the walls are thin, it was quite cold, but on the second night they fixed it and I had a great night.
