On behalf of the guest I booked for (Angela), I say: “I appreciated the friendliness and availability of Arianna and Umberto, as well as the place itself.” As constructive feedback, I’d point out that the bathroom could use towel hooks and hand‑holds, and a coat rack would prevent us from stuffing everything into the wardrobe.

The place is quiet and in a good spot, the room is large, modern, with a new bathroom, and the staff is friendly. The bus gets you to the old town quickly. The only hassle is carrying luggage up the stairs to the second floor.
