Everything matched the listing. We liked the location near a family square and the main shopping street. Bus line 3bis is the most convenient for the beach. The place is clean and the mini fridge is a real advantage. A suggestion for improvement: a clothes rack would be welcome. The price is a bit high for a place without a kitchen corner.

Starting from a dark, poorly lit building lobby, the room on the third floor had no elevator. The room was not spotless. I find it unacceptable to ask for a €100 deposit outside Booking at check‑in for potential damages and then discover several items damaged, including a plant pot, an abat-jour, and a bathroom light switch that turns on once in three, risking being blamed for the damage. The rental contract also required us to accept clauses of €200 if we smoke or €300 for lost or damaged keys and locks. It didn’t concern me, but it was still a bit excessive to be forced to accept these conditions just before check‑in. Moreover, the option to review all documentation after the stay disappears. I’ll avoid Esty solutions and advise against them.

The room was fairly clean and well furnished with a large, comfortable shower. Unfortunately, it’s on the top floor of a building without an elevator.

The self‑check‑in was super easy, and the room felt really cozy. The spot is convenient, only about a 20‑minute walk to the city centre. The only real issue is parking: the description promised some, but there isn’t any; the nearby streets need a resident’s permit, and the only option is paid blue‑zone parking, which makes leaving a car there all day pricey. Because of that, I’d look elsewhere for accommodation; otherwise everything was flawless.

The basics are covered, the room was recently renovated and comes with plenty of comforts, and the value for money is great. The property itself isn’t especially welcoming, the stairs lacked lighting, and the coffee pods were scarce (in fact, there was one short of the usual supply).
