A stunning new hotel with luxurious décor, friendly staff who are always ready to help, and the restaurant, spa and pool just across the street at Amaya are fantastic.

I’ve traveled a lot and honestly didn’t think I’d find a place this special so close to Hanoi Airport. I stayed alone for two nights and from the moment I got there the service was outstanding. The hotel is beautifully designed, a luxurious Moroccan‑inspired boutique vibe. My room was large, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, featuring a huge bed, a lovely seating area, excellent air conditioning, a rainfall shower, and a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi bath – I slept like a log. A flood before my arrival had caused an electrical issue in my original room, but the team handled it flawlessly. Duke moved me straight into another room and later upgraded me to a King Suite as soon as one opened up. Nothing felt like a hassle. The staff – Duke, Paolo, Susan, and Dylan – were all absolutely outstanding, professional yet genuinely warm, thoughtful, and eager to ensure every guest had a great stay. A sweet touch was when they realized I’d overslept and would miss breakfast; instead of letting it finish, they politely knocked on my door and arranged breakfast in my room. Dinner was very good, especially the bananas flambé, which were delicious, and the wine selection was excellent. A bonus is that guests can also use the facilities at the sister property, Amaya Home, which has a completely different vibe. While the Riad feels like a beautiful Moroccan riad, Amaya feels almost like a luxury lodge in the Scottish Highlands or Canada, complete with tartan, a huge fireplace, spa, and karaoke room. It’s a wonderful combination. I’d return without hesitation and next time I’ll bring my daughter. Having to leave! ❤️❤️❤️

I liked the idea behind the style, but the execution wasn’t the best. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The lighting in the room is too poor. I understand it’s for the atmosphere, but if you really need good lighting as I did, you had to struggle.

Highly stylized, with good facilities, a short ride to the airport but away from the city

Bed sheets too heavy and no alternative options
