The place was clean and roomy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location and the staff were good, but the hotel had not been renovated in a long time and the room photos didn’t match reality.

The hotel’s location was really convenient, with many attractions, restaurants and shops within walking distance, which also meant it was in a busy area and got a bit noisy, especially in the evenings and at night. The room was clean enough, but not perfect; the air‑conditioning was especially unpleasant because a strong musty smell, like old or unwashed laundry, came out as soon as we turned it on, so we hardly used it. The light switch didn’t work properly either, which was also annoying. Overall the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and especially in maintaining the air‑conditioning and other equipment. The great location is still a big plus.
