Overall excellent. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Nice to have a gym albeit small. Lovely pool. Nice location and quite quiet in the chaos of a big city. Great value. We will be returning before we leave Nepal

The front desk team was excellent, but the staff at the poolside bar seemed completely out of touch.

The hotel is a high‑end establishment with attentive staff, a comfortable room, 24‑hour services, and a pool; the restaurant/bar is a bit pricier than usual yet still delivers quality, and it’s close to interesting sites. Nothing else to note.

The location is quiet and the facilities are solid, including a decent gym; every meal was tasty and I felt right at home, with staff going above and beyond and making me feel well cared for while I enjoyed chatting with everyone, leaving me very impressed by the level of service and attentiveness.
