The accommodation was very pretty, with a fully equipped shared kitchen, a dining area, and a sofa zone. The room was very good. It’s about a 5‑minute walk from the stadium stop.

The reservation was cancelled one day to resell it at a higher price, and that’s all.

Silence, tranquility. Little contact with the administrators.

The only highlight was a terrace where you could watch colorful macaws at sunrise or sunset, but everything else was a disappointment. The shower was infested with ants, the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the room stayed unbearably hot all day even when it was cool outside. Opening the window to cool down during rain let water spill in, and the keys to the main door were often difficult to turn. It was hard to relax there if you expect any comfort, and the neighborhood felt unsafe at night with many beggars and homeless people, though nearby restaurants were tourist‑priced. The price was far too high for such a poor experience, and I’m puzzled why it gets a high rating.

I liked that the room came with a kitchen and the staff were genuinely friendly, plus the spot was close to the metro and in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the bed was a mess – the frame was broken, the mattress had a big dent and it left my back hurting, and the pillows were huge. The sheets were tiny for the bed and kept slipping off, so we often woke up with almost no covering.
