The restaurant was excellent, the breakfast buffet very good, the spa large and pleasant with a heated pool and jacuzzi, the rooms spacious and comfortable with a view of the slopes, and a shuttle was available at the hotel. The shuttle stops at 23h, which is a bit limiting for going to the restaurant.

The food at the restaurant was exceptional and all the staff we interacted with—from reception, restaurant, and ski hire—were wonderful. The comfort room is tiny, just enough space for the bed and not much else; it is not strictly sky‑in, sky‑out, and there is a 2 minute walk to the nearest slope.

We had a magnificent family stay at this hotel with our 2‑year‑old child, everything was perfect from start to finish. The restaurant is superb, with delicious cuisine, and we especially appreciated the child‑friendly dishes like chicken breast with steamed vegetables, which was ideal for our little one. The hotel staff were extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is very well organised, with ski‑hire service and a shop on site, and the slopes are only a few steps away, which is really convenient. We are delighted with our stay and will return with great pleasure!

Ski in/ski out location was very convenient. The ski room was at the level of entry, no stairs needed. The selection and quality of food in the hotel restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch. View during breakfast is unbelievable. The beds were comfortable. Warm pool. Steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna all present. Amenities for kids also available. Live music often playing in the lobby. Ski rentals are available within the hotel, even a Bogner selection. Fantastic staff. Room cleanings are twice as day, with treats provided. Shuttle service available to all throughout Tignes. Nothing
