“Schimmel und muffiger Geruch - leider nicht empfehlenswert”
The beds looked clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room’s location was an issue: we had room 45 in the basement with a window facing the entrance, so it was noisy and occasionally smelled of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, our room had mold, as shown in the attached photos, and the room also had a very musty odor—whether from the mold or the furniture I can’t say. Cleanliness was also disappointing: the shower still had a previous guest’s shampoo, there were visible smears on the mirror and the surface beside the sink, and dust and grime were present on the wall and next to one of the nightstands, as the photos also show. Overall, the room’s condition fell short of our expectations for cleanliness and hygiene.
