“Overall it was pretty good but could of been so much better.”

The hotel itself was solid, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Getting a late check‑out was also a perk. I did have to call room service to have my room cleaned; I was told the system was updating and someone would come. The staff finally arrived around 2:30‑3 pm, but that was during my nap time. The water was lukewarm, which was a let‑down for a Hilton after a six‑hour drive.

“Too hard a bed, two soft pillows, but an excellent staff and very good breakfast that saved the day!”

The staff were professional, personable, and always ready to help. Breakfast exceeded my expectations in both quantity and quality. On the flip side, I was hoping for a pillow‑top bed but got a hard mattress with a bunched‑up pad that felt downright firm. The pillows were so soft you needed two to feel comfortable, and I’d advise whoever selected them to test them for a week or two before buying. The sofa pull‑out required guests to set it up themselves, and the tissue boxes were open—unnecessary touches that cut into the Hilton experience. I’ve stayed here a few times, and this visit fell short because of the bed and pillows, but the staff and breakfast saved the day.

“I love the location of this facility and how we set up the bar the people the staff everything was great. The only downf”

The location is great, but I think parking should be free when you’re paying to stay. I’ve been there a couple of months ago, and the fee rose by two dollars.
