The house was old, with only one key per room that had to be left in a box every time we left; the lock was so antiquated we got stuck inside and had to ask for help. Cleaning was poor, dust and grime were everywhere, especially on the carpets. They charge for basic linens and towels, which feels like a scam.

The hotel is just enough for a night’s stay. The room is clean, the staff are relaxed, bathrooms and toilets are always tidy, and toilet paper is supplied. The kitchenette could be a bit cleaner, but it’s fine for making coffee. Getting to the hotel is great – about a 2‑minute bus ride to the metro. Public transport in Milan is excellent, transfers are straightforward. We knew where we were heading, so we didn’t expect maximum comfort, but we were satisfied.

The staff’s energy was noticeable, yet the bathroom and room were dirty, and we saw men and women coming in and out of the hotel after the doors were closed.

La ubicación. Llegaron tarde ha hacerme el check in, las instalaciones bastante sucias y en las habitaciones no se podían abrir las ventanas, camas incómodas no, piedras, no volvería ni unq me lo regalen
