did not get any breakfast. we had to leave around 5;30 am and breakfast wasnt starting until 6;30. breakfast needs to start earlier. most people like to get started on their trip early. bottom line- we did not get breakfast that we paid for. start breakfast earlier. Also, i paid for mt room in advance, 100% paid for, but the hotel said i had to present a credit card for "incidentals". clerk said incidentals were in case i tore up the room. im 75. i dont tear up rooms

The room was nice and cool, but the washing machine broke while we were there and we had to wash baseball uniforms in the bathtub.

Breakfast was fine, but the shower wands didn’t inter‑change—a simple plumber fix would have solved it; otherwise everything was fine.
