Staying right in the old town was ideal, the staff gave us thorough information, we found the room key in a hallway cupboard around 20:00, the room was clean and appealing, and they even registered our car so we could park in the blue zones; however, getting there by car was a bit of an adventure—we struggled, ended up parking somewhere nearby (according to the GPS) and walked six minutes on very uneven cobblestones, which made pulling the suitcase difficult.

The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, and the location is central, but there is no 24‑hour staff in the building.

A small hotel in a very central spot, perfect for exploring the city; the room is spacious, perfectly sound‑proofed, and even in the heart of town we heard no noise at night; the staff are extremely kind and attentive; breakfast is varied and plentiful, all fresh; they provide a pass for ZTL access and parking at 5 €, which deserves an extra star.

Everything was flawless—from the welcome and cleanliness to the facilities and the meticulous attention to guest needs; nothing could have been better.
