There’s a sidewalk café in front of the hotel. The hotel’s terrace is nice. The restaurant’s quality is good.

We arrived later than planned because of a flight delay. The hotel sits less than a 10‑minute walk from the central railway station. It’s a beautiful building, especially when lit at night. We were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite. When we asked about dinner, we were delighted to learn we could dine in the terrace restaurant. We had a superb meal while the evening temperature hovered in the high 20s. Breakfast was served in a large “ballroom” with an extensive buffet selection—excellent variety. Checkout was smooth and efficient, and we could leave our bags while we enjoyed a lovely morning in Bologna.

The building was beautiful, but the rooms were very small for the price, and we were told breakfast was included only to be charged twice.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is beautifully designed. The rooms are a little on the small side, but they are very comfortable and well designed, so this was not really an issue for us. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it is very well prepared, with a great selection, and everything we tried was delicious. I would also like to give special praise to Michele, who welcomed us at reception. He was very kind, helpful, and provided excellent service. The only significant downside was the noise from outside. The windows do not provide very good sound insulation, and we found ourselves waking up very early in the morning because of the street-cleaning vehicles operating in the park behind the hotel. Another small drawback is the shower. There is only a fixed overhead rain shower, with no handheld shower head. This makes it difficult to take a shower without getting your hair wet, which can be inconvenient. Apart from these points, we really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel in a great location, with an excellent breakfast
