The outside had a very pretty garden, the bed was good, and the breakfast was good. The walls had mold, the room window was broken and wouldn't close, the air‑conditioner only blew cold, and the electric heater wasn’t enough for cold days.

The lodge is very pretty, clean, and well taken care of. The bathroom in the room had no doors. The breakfast could have offered more local products.
Owners Juarez and Andreia were very attentive. The view of the city, the mountains, and the sunset was great. We stayed in the Araucaria suite, everything worked. The facilities were very good, the large bed was very comfortable, and the bedding accessories were clean. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. The only issue was that the bathroom lacked a towel rack. Although it was a cold place, the pool was closed and dirty.
The experience was excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great attention and friendliness. The breakfast was very good, the location is great, and the facilities are comfortable, well maintained, and pleasant. Everything contributed to a very calm and comfortable stay. Definitely a place I recommend and would return to! The only improvement would be that the window facing the street has poor sound insulation, and the curtain could better block light. A window with acoustic insulation and a blackout blind would be a great fix. With that small tweak, the accommodation would be perfect! I only mentioned this as a suggestion; the inn is very good.
