“Bello albero..bella spa”

A beautiful hotel with a spa in the lovely village of Sovata, which has a predominantly Hungarian population. The room was clean, the bathroom sanitized, the pillows good, and the quality of sleep was very good. The spa is very nice, featuring 2 pools, 2 whirlpools, a sauna, and a thermal water bath, all beautifully clean and organized with showers and changing rooms. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent, and they even spoke Hungarian. Breakfast was lovely, the coffee was excellent, and the buffet was well stocked. Unfortunately, in the room I could still smell that previous guests had smoked a lot, but that’s not the fault of the property that someone behaves like a fool.

The staff seemed very friendly and helped us every time we needed something. I liked the location and the SPA option, which was very helpful, especially since we were a larger group participating in a sports competition.

I liked that there was a pool and a jacuzzi. Too many people at the spa made it feel crowded, and the number of clients didn’t match the space available.

The accommodation was good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was fine, and the spa facilities were excellent. I think we’ll come back. We would have liked a room with a balcony.

Cazarea si micul dejun au fost foarte ok. Nec- a placut mai ales zona de spa.unde ne- am simtit excelent!
