“Luxurious villa’s, very personalized service and extreme privacy”

The pool villas were the highlight of our stay, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. However, the public pool was a letdown, with warm water and uneven tiles, and we noticed some damaged fences that hadn't been fixed. On the beach, we encountered a few pesky insects, but the location itself was perfect.

The island setting was a real highlight, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was also top-notch, with a great selection of local dishes. However, the hotel's remote location meant that it was a bit of a trek to get anywhere else on the island, and the Wi-Fi was pretty patchy. Still, the peaceful atmosphere and delicious meals made up for the minor drawbacks.

The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, with Filex and the entire staff being professional, kind, and attentive to our family's needs for the entire 5-day stay. The chef was skilled in preparing a wide variety of dishes, and every meal we had was delicious. However, the low occupancy rate and damage from a recent typhoon meant that many rooms were out of commission and the public areas weren't as clean as they could have been.
