The pool was cold and there was no whirlpool. Several kids took over the pool and no parents were watching them.

Breakfast was excellent! I think her name was Bev; she kept the buffet clean, hot, and always refilled it. She was very friendly and approachable. I can’t think of anything that could have been better!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service of the gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and professional, and I was thrilled when he accommodated my request for a top-floor room.
