The property is well maintained, the room is spacious—especially compared to the standard in Japan—and immaculately clean. It sits in a great spot in the town’s center, and the staff are kind and try to make you feel comfortable. Nothing to add; just note that there’s no shower, which is normal for Kinosaki Onsen where you wash in the public onsens.
