The room was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom which is better than most others I’ve seen; the staff were polite and very helpful, so I strongly recommend it. However, when I was about to use the shower, the handle had electricity and I got shocked—whether it was a mistake or not, it’s very dangerous, and I hope you’ll address this to prevent it from happening again.
