How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast was fine, but room service was very poor. The staff seem to be new, the washroom fittings were pathetic, and there were not enough towels. I had to call room service or reception three times to retrieve used utensils from the room, but nothing was returned.

The property sits high in the mountains, offering a breathtaking view. Good service and good food are additional pluses. However, part of the road leading to the site from Rishikesh is rough; you need solid driving skills.

The view of Rishikesh from the property is awesome. The pool isn’t really a pool—just a water container that’s cleaned once a week, and the services feel more like a homestay than a hotel. They lack basics such as wifi (really bad connection), All‑Out or Mortin, etc.

A hidden spot in the foothills of Shivpuri narendernagar belt, just 20 minutes from Rishikesh and the Neervan waterfall, away from city traffic and chaos. If you’re after ultra‑fancy décor, steer clear, but for a place closer to life, nature, and happiness, I strongly recommend it. Manish, the owner, is a wonderful host. I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay there for long. The property is beautiful.

It was in a very good location and it was very quiet the first evening we arrived. Birds singing and etc. Truly nice view over the Rishikesh
